Role Description
We are seeking a Medical Doctor for a full-time, on-site position in our Mumbai facility. As a Medical Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing personalized medical care, and ensuring adherence to rigorous healthcare guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting medical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other medical professionals to deliver holistic patient care. The Physician will also contribute to health promotion activities and continuous improvement of healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient care skills to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
- Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tools and laboratory results for informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Deep understanding of medical protocols, compliance standards, and ethics in the healthcare industry.
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking capability for complex medical cases.
- Proficient with healthcare technology and digital tools such as electronic health records.
- MBBS or higher medical degree from an accredited institution, with valid medical licensure in India.
- Prior experience in clinical practice or hospital settings is preferred.
- Specialized training or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
